Please note that the cancellation will take effect on the following billing cycle, regardless of when the request is submitted. You may start the cancellation process at any time, but it will not be finalized until the next billing cycle.

Refunds
Customers can take advantage of our seven-day money-back guarantee. If you are unsatisfied with our services for any reason within the first seven days of creating an account, you are eligible for a full reimbursement of your hosting costs.
Beyond the initial seven days, no refunds will be provided for any remaining unused portion of your hosting account.

Domain Names & Servers
Please be aware that domain name registrations, server licenses, and renewals are non-refundable.
If you decide to terminate your hosting account, you have two options regarding your domain name: either transfer it to a different registrar or continue with us and pay the renewal fees.

Data Backup
You are responsible for regularly backing up your data. While we make commercially reasonable efforts to restore lost or corrupted data, we do not guarantee data backup services and disclaim all liability for data loss or corruption.

Termination of Account
Maitrihost.in reserves the right to terminate any account at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.
In the event that we terminate your account for reasons other than a breach of our terms of service, you may be entitled to a prorated refund of your hosting fees.

Warranties
